The Offshore Installations and Pipeline Works (First Aid) Regulations 1989 placed a duty on those in control of offshore installations, pipeline works, or any associated activities to make provision for persons to administer first aid and emergency treatment to those who become ill or injured at work. This is a UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) approved offshore medic training course which encompasses all aspects of the legal requirements, alongside the latest clinical thinking.

The Diver Medic Technician course trains participants to administer advanced medical aid and life support skills for the management and treatment of diving casualties while at pressure and during saturation diving operations. The 5 day refresher course is open to those who already hold a valid DMT Certificate and enables renewal in line with IMCA's requirements for re-certification every 2 years. DDRC is a hyperbaric medical centre, undertaking daily compressions in hyperbaric chambers.

e-ILS is a flexible way of learning skills in Immediate Life Support, and blends e-learning with face-to-face workshops. An e-ILS course provides a variety of skills, from managing a deteriorating patient, identifying causes and treating cardiac arrest, to improving abilities as both a team member and leader. The Basic Hyperbaric Medicine course serves as an introduction to hyperbaric oxygen therapy with a view to understanding the benefits and risks of HBO and conducting safe and efficient patient treatments under pressure.
